Growth has been flat for three quarters.
It's almost never the product.

We diagnose the whole revenue engine — positioning, funnel, sales motion, delivery, retention — name the three constraints that actually matter, and fix them alongside your team. Two operators on every engagement, because the problem is rarely where the org chart says it is.

Two tracks

Pick the one that sounds like your company.

Revenue stalls for two different reasons. One is a go-to-market problem — you're selling good technology to the wrong person, in the wrong language, at the wrong altitude. The other is an operating problem — the company can't deliver fast enough or cleanly enough to keep the growth it already has. Both of us work both tracks; the difference is where we start looking.

Both tracks start the same way: a two-week Diagnostic, fixed price, both of us in the room.

The reframe

Revenue isn't a department.
It's a system.

Marketing generates demand. Sales converts it. Product keeps the promise. Delivery and CX decide whether anyone stays. When revenue stalls, the cause hides in one of these — and it is almost never where the org chart says it should be.

This is why the usual help doesn't work. A fractional CMO will find a marketing answer. A sales consultant will find a sales answer. Both are competent, and both are guessing about the two-thirds of the engine they can't see.

We diagnose all four, then fix the part that's actually broken. Sometimes that's positioning. Sometimes it's that onboarding takes eleven weeks and customers quietly leave in month five. You can't know in advance — and neither can a specialist who only owns one box.

AdTech & MarTech

$124K → $560K MRR in 6 months

A programmatic ad network with a working product and a stalled commercial engine. What the company called a sales team was really an account-servicing team — nobody owned new logos as a number, and growth was capped by whatever arrived inbound.

Rebuilt the sales organisation around the two jobs it was actually doing. We split the team into hunters and account managers, gave each half a single number it owned — new business on one side, account growth on the other — and rebuilt structure, targets and compensation around that split. In parallel we opened the US market with paid acquisition and the positioning to support it.

AdTech & MarTech

Repositioned from SMB to enterprise

A SaaS platform for automatic website translation, sold to help companies reach new local markets. Good product, aimed at SMBs — which meant small contracts, high churn, and a ceiling the company could feel but hadn't named.

Repositioned the product for enterprise buyers and rebuilt the offer to match. That meant an API so the platform could run as an internal tool inside a larger stack, and flexible pricing that fit enterprise procurement instead of fighting it. Then we built the demand engine to reach that buyer: a LinkedIn outbound funnel with email campaigns behind it.

eCommerce & Retail

2× retention · 3× fewer order-processing errors

A large offline retailer with slow value-delivery cycles and high operating costs. Work moved through the organisation by escalation rather than by process, and nobody could say where time was going.

Designed and launched a target operating model of 22 autonomous teams covering 700+ people. Moved the organisation onto regular delivery cycles, and built a data-driven metrics system in Jira so throughput and quality were visible to leadership in the same numbers the teams were working to.

Our approach

We stay until it works.

We're not a slide-deck firm. We're operators who build alongside your team and stay accountable for the result.

01

We diagnose before we prescribe.

Most companies have forty problems. Three of them cap revenue. We find those three with evidence — 5–7 interviews across functions, plus your real funnel, pipeline and delivery data — before anyone touches anything.

02

Every change earns its place on your P&L.

Before we change anything we ask whether it moves revenue, margin or speed. If it won't, we leave it alone, even when it would make the org chart look neater. On one engagement that discipline cut time-to-market by .

03

We solve it at the root, once.

Quick fixes feel faster and come back. We go after the system underneath, so the same fire doesn't restart next quarter and you're not paying us twice to put it out.

Every engagement starts with a Diagnostic.

If we fix it together

90-Day Rebuild

We build the fix with your team, not a deck and a handshake. Weekly working sessions, async access to both of us, ownership transferred by week 13.

$12,000–$15,000/mo · 3 months min.

We run three Rebuilds at a time. That's the honest ceiling for two operators who are actually in the work.

The team

Two operators. The whole engine.

Revenue problems live in one of two places: how a company grows, or how it runs. We've each spent a career on one side, so wherever your bottleneck is hiding, one of us has fixed it before — from the inside, with a team, not from a slide. We're equal partners and we both work every engagement.

Growth: marketing, sales, product and the money

I make revenue repeatable: positioning, category, go-to-market, sales motion, pricing, and the product decisions behind them. Founder-turned-operator — I've grown companies from the inside, not advised from the outside. Most of my work now is with adtech and martech companies at $1.5–5M ARR, which is the exact band where good technology stops being enough.

Operations: delivery, structure and retention

I rebuild how companies run. Delivery that keeps slipping, roles nobody can draw, order quality leaking into churn, a leadership team that has quietly become the bottleneck — I find the system underneath, change it, and stay until the new one holds. I've done this at 700-person scale and at 100-person scale; the mechanism is the same either way.
